Backup and Restore
Back up your data and move to a new device.
Backup
In the app go to Settings → Backup to save your data to the device or cloud (if supported). Regular backups reduce the risk of data loss.
Restore
On a new device install the app and choose Settings → Restore data to select your previous backup. Keep the app open until the process completes.
Notes
- Keep backup files in a safe place.
- Some apps offer automatic cloud backup; you can enable or disable it in settings.
