End User License Agreement
AI Gallery Organizer — The Stranger Labs
1. Acceptance
By downloading and using AI Gallery Organizer you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
2.1 Use license
The Stranger Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI Gallery Organizer for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute or sell the app, reverse engineer its source code, or use it for commercial purposes.
3. App functionality
AI Gallery Organizer provides media organization, folder-based editing, rule-based naming, file comparison and gallery view.
4. Your responsibilities
Use the app only for lawful purposes. We recommend backing up important files before editing. The Stranger Labs is not responsible for data loss.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". The Stranger Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
The Stranger Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Intellectual property
AI Gallery Organizer and its content are the intellectual property of The Stranger Labs and protected by applicable laws.
8. Termination
This agreement ends when you stop using the app or breach its terms.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
